Online or In-Person ‘Vibrant Pilates’ Class for your event. A full body, mat-pilates workout that focuses on toning and sculpting your body through intentional movement and fun! ONLINE PRIVATE PILATES

Book in a private one-on-one pilates workout that starts with mindfulness, then moving through pilates postures that progressively build, ending with a cardio element your heart pumping! You will be challenged in this muscle sculpting workout, with a few laughs along the way. Suitable for every body! Each class will be modified for your level.

 

Mary is a qualified and experienced Pilates and Yoga instructor, Registered Nurse and Health & Wellness Coach dedicated to helping and inspiring others to find the most vibrant versions of themselves.

Mary's love for fitness began in her early childhood where she found herself participating and excelling in various sports such as athletics, rowing, netball and basketball.

Inspired to deepen her knowledge of the human body and mindful movement, Mary completed her 200hr YTT in Rishikesh, India in July 2017. Upon her return, she immediately began teaching as she instantly felt that this was her calling.

In November 2017, Mary went on to complete her Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates training and now, in 2023 she is completing her Pre and Post natal Pilates training.

Mary has continued to stay active in other mediums that continue to challenge and strengthen her body and mind daily. After falling pregnant and giving birth to her first child in 2020, pre and post natal movement has been a huge catalyst for how Mary now moves and teaches.

Mary’s classes are strong, dynamic yet calming and intentional. Her bubbly personality and zest for life is mirrored through her practice and teaching. She loves to weave a theme or focus into her classes so there is always intentional movement, and always giving space and freedom to her clients to explore whatever they need that day.

Mary brings a great energy to her classes that will get you motivated. It’s not a “Mary” class without a laugh or two. She believes that Pexercise is an expression of the body, and that expression is happiness.
